Passionate entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of businesses, but my heart truly belongs to the world of fitness and wellness. Dedicated to helping individuals lead healthier lives, I’m the proud owner of a new gym where we’re not just building bodies but fostering a community of positive change.

My journey is about empowering others to be the best version of themselves. I want to build a place where we don’t just build muscles; we build a community of  individuals dedicated to transforming their lives. Rebecca brings some flare to the Totally Fit Gym with the super popular Zumba classes as well as the amazing Booty Blitz and intense Tabata! As well as running her super popular classes, Bec is running the gym on a day to day basis! Make sure you say hi to her and let her know how the gym can help you with your training!
