Class Descriptions

BodyWorx

is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYWORX gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Your Instructor will coach you through the movesdo my homework and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 

Spin Revolution

Our brand new Spin Class!  Full throttle, fast paced and a massive calorie burn!  This one hour class is suitable for anyone wanting to lose body fat… FAST and increase cardiovascular endurance!  Using exercise bikes, this is your chance to summon your inner Tour de-France hero and pedal to glory!

Bums n Tums

Bums n Tums, as the name suggests is a class targeting your mid-line and backside!  Suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, this class will get your booty in shape and burn those love handles away in no time!

Super Seniors

A full body workout for those over the age of 55 that incorporates cardio, weight training, abdominal and core strength exercises to help improve the health and overall fitness of our seniors in a fun and social, group environment.

HIIT

This challenging high-intensity workout mixes cardio, weights and ab exercises guaranteeing you get sweaty, work hard and burn a huge amount of calories. The class aims to be high energy and lots of fun, encouraging you to work harder as you noticeably become fitter and stronger each week.

Pilates

A slower, relaxed paced session that focuses on improving physical strength, flexibility and posture. Highly recommended for those starting out with exercise to help get their bodies used to moving in new ways and improving core strength.

BoxingA cardio style partner boxing session that aims to keep the heart rate up whilst doing simple punches, kicks, combos and ab exercises in a fast paced and fun group setting perfect for all fitness levels.

Body Balance

 

Body Balance is a combination of Pilates, Yoga, Core-flex and Swiss ball that will strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and wipe away those Monday blues!  Start your working week with this stress relieving state of mind class!

Booty Worx

This low-intensity bums and tums session will set your glute muscles on fire, incorporating resistance bands, basic weighted and unweighted exercises and a challenging ab exercise finisher to help improve the strength, tone and overall appearance of glutes, thighs and abs whilst helping to build a stronger core and pelvic floor. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Secret Saturdays- A fun, full-body session that makes full use of all the gyms equipment resources, providing something new and fun every week, whether it be a circuit, bootcamp, tabata or even exercise challenges. This class is guaranteed to be highly enjoyable whilst giving you a massive calorie burning workout.

Boot Camp

Set your metabolism on fire, with this early morning cardio and strength based high intensity workout.  With a combination of cardio techniques as well as strength and conditioning training, you will not only burn calories, but increase lean muscle and tone your body.  Utilising a wide range of equipment and exercises, you never know exactly what you are going to get at boot camp, other than one hell of a work out!

MMA

This cardio and technique based MMA class is a low impact class designed to teach you the basics about Mixed Martial Arts.  Utilising specific skills, coupled with fitness based training, this is a fantastic way to blast away some unwanted calories and punch out some stress!
