Some very important rules regarding the gym being able to reopen. Please take the time to read and understand.
-Group Fitness Classes will continue to run on the CURRENT timetable and be held outside still in the car park
-Class size will increase to 20 (boxing) and 12 for all other classes. If it is safe to increase other classes again, we will do so
-Maximum 10 people in the gym at any given time. Bookings for sessions are essential (via our app or online at www.totallyfit.com.au
-Gym will be split into two sections. Machine weights and Cardio equipment (main gym area) and Free Weights, Dumbbells, Bars and plates (Class Room area). This will allow us to have 10 people in each area.
-You will need to book your gym session for ONE area or the the other. You WILL NOT be permitted to move from one area to the other.
-Members only at this stage. No casual visits (7 day free trials are still welcome)
-Towels and wiping down equipment after use are MANDATORY
-QR Check in
-45 minute maximum gym sessions (allows 15 minute change over time)
-Staff have the right to refuse entry and will be checking ID of all new members to ensure they live locally (regional)
-Gym sessions only allowed during staffed hours. No 24hr opening for the time being. We will be open Sunday 10am-2pm.
-Treat our staff with respect. No abuse will be tolerated.
-Due to line upgrades, we are without a phone line at the gym currently, so please message through our socials or email email@example.com to contact us.
-All membership payments made during the lockdown will be offered credit in the coming weeks.
I fully understand that some of these restrictions may not suit individual members, but please remember that some gym is better than no gym and lets be somewhat grateful for that (even though these restrictions make it very hard to operate a business).
Hopefully it is only for a week or so and we can see further easing of restrictions.
